 Theme For XF Live Week 7 is Whitney Houston & Elton John Songs - 22nd November Show |

| The theme has been announced for X Factor 2014 live week 7: Whitney Houston vs Elton John. The choice was revealed on Xtra Factor by creative director Brian Friedman. It was said also that Stevi and Andrea (or their respective judges) had wanted to perform the same song. Full song choices for the Saturday show are usually revealed on Friday. The guests on Sunday's results show (23rd November) are David Guetta featuring Emeli Sandé performing "What I Did for Love", Labrinth performing "Jealous" and Take That performing "These Days. The remaining contestants are Andrea, Ben, Fleur, Lauren, Only The Young, Stereo Kicks, and Stevi. |

Fleur could pretty much do a medley and soar through  I would pick 'How Will I Know' for her though.Andrea - One Moment in Time (hasn't he nailed this already?) Ben - probably 'Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting)' or 'Something About the Way You Look Tonight' Only the Young - I can see Louis forcing 'Crocodile Rock' on them Stereo Kicks - either something overly romantic like Your Song, or woefully miscast like Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me Stevi - I demand 'I'm Still Standing' after tonight's result Lauren - actually she'll probably do the Ellie version of Your Song, the dreary cow |

The themes are getting worse. I hope we can have an 'I Will Always love You' free week this time. It is fine when sung the way Dolly Parton wrote and performed it but when they murder it the way Whitney Houston did,it just grates on me. |
