Nicholas McDonald got the most votes last week (week 2)on X Factor, according to the Daily Star.

From the Daily Star,

Up until now the singer, who topped the public vote in last week’s show, has refused to talk about his health, fearing fans would see it as a sob story.

This is unconfirmed by ITV, of course, but X Factor have been known to leak voting results in the past to the press.
